2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project execution. This includes architectural plans, materials, and design specifications. PlotVR is not liable for project delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect client input.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to share project-related content with us.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials provided on the PlotVR website and through our Services—including but not limited to text, software, VR assets, logos, and designs—are the intellectual property of PlotVR Ltd or its licencors. Clients receive a non-transferable, limited license to use VR content produced for their specific project, but ownership remains with PlotVR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of our Services without express written permission.

4. PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND LIMITATIONS

The visualisations we provide are intended for marketing and illustrative purposes only. While we strive for high accuracy, final property features and finishes are subject to change by developers and are not guaranteed by PlotVR. We are not responsible for financial or legal decisions made based on these visualisations.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Services are subject to fees as outlined in individual project contracts or pricing agreements. Payment terms, subscription billing, or commission-based agreements will be specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of Services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotVR Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PlotVR in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are engaging in conduct harmful to our business or reputation.

8. GOVERNING LAW
